Corporate card program

Corporate cards built around your spend policy

MEXC Card is a corporate expense program built around company cards issued under a Visa® licence by our issuing bank partner. It is designed to help finance teams put a card in the hands of a team, a project or a supplier, apply limits before spend happens, and keep every expense record ready for review.

  • Physical and virtual card formats
  • Limits set per card
  • Exportable expense records

Applications are subject to eligibility requirements, review and approval. Products and services are subject to eligibility, availability, and applicable fees. Availability and features may vary by region and program partners.

Capabilities

One place to run corporate expenses

Card issuance, spend rules, receipts and reporting sit in the same console, so the record of a purchase is built while the purchase is made rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Issue cards for the way your teams actually spend

Request a physical or virtual card for a department, a project or a single supplier. Each card carries its own limit, currency scope and expiry date, so a card opened for one purpose does not quietly turn into a general budget. When someone changes role or leaves, the card can be paused, reassigned or closed without touching the rest of the program.

  • Department, project and supplier cards
  • Per-card limits, currencies and expiry dates
  • Pause, replace or close a card from the same console

Policy checked at authorisation

Spend rules are evaluated while a transaction is being authorised, so an attempt outside policy can be declined or routed for review rather than surfacing weeks later in a statement.

Visibility without waiting for the statement

Authorisations appear in the console shortly after they are made, each carrying the merchant, amount, cardholder and cost centre attached to the card.

Receipts attached to the transaction

A cardholder can add a receipt from a phone at the point of purchase, and the file stays linked to that transaction. Reminders for missing receipts are configurable.

Scoped roles and approval routing

Administrators, approvers and cardholders each see a view limited to their role. New card requests and limit changes follow the approval chain your finance team defines.

Records prepared for the books

Transactions can be categorised and tagged to a cost centre, then exported as a structured file for the accounting workflow your team already runs.

How it works

From application to period close

Onboarding is sequenced so that controls, cost centres and approvers are in place before spend begins. Timelines depend on verification and on your program partners.

01

Apply and verify

Submit company details, ownership information and the supporting documents requested during onboarding. Applications are reviewed against eligibility and verification requirements before a program is opened.

02

Configure the program

Define cost centres, approval chains, default limits and the merchant categories each card group may use, so controls exist before the first card is issued.

03

Issue cards

Issue virtual cards to teams, projects or suppliers, and order physical cards where the format is available. Activation follows verification and, for physical cards, delivery.

04

Review and reconcile

Monitor spend by team and cost centre, chase outstanding receipts, adjust limits as budgets change, and export categorised records at the end of each period.
