About Us
A corporate card program run with documented controls
MEXC Card is the corporate expense and business card program operated by OCEAN WAVE FINTECH PTY LTD, a company registered in Singapore. Cards are issued by our issuing bank partner on the Visa® payment network, subject to eligibility and review.
We build for the moment a finance team has to explain a company expense — so the policy, the approval and the receipt are already in one place.
That focus keeps our scope narrow on purpose: business spending, spend controls and the records that follow from them.

What the business does
OCEAN WAVE FINTECH PTY LTD operates MEXC Card, a corporate expense management and business card program for companies. The program covers card issuance for employees and departments, configurable spend policies and limits, transaction monitoring for the client's own review, and expense reporting exports. Availability, features and applicable fees may vary by region and by program partners, and applications are subject to eligibility requirements, review and approval.
How We Operate
Four principles that shape the program
These are working practices rather than promises about outcomes. They describe how decisions are made when we design the product and service accounts.
Written policy first
Spend rules are agreed with the finance owner before cards are issued, so every transaction can be checked against a documented limit rather than an informal understanding.
Records built for review
Card activity, receipts and approval history are designed to stay together, which aims to make month-end close and internal audit requests less manual.
Disclose before you commit
Eligibility conditions and applicable fees are presented before an application or transaction is confirmed. Terms may vary by region and program partners.
Scope we stay inside
We operate a corporate expense and business card program. We do not offer investment advice, and features are only described where they exist today.
What We Value
The standards we hold ourselves to
Say only what we can evidence
Every claim on this site is written to reflect how the program actually works. Where an outcome depends on review or on a partner, we say so.
Controls before convenience
Where a spend control and a shortcut conflict, the control stays. Configurable limits and approvals are part of the product, not an add-on.
One record, many readers
Finance, management and auditors should be able to read the same expense record without rebuilding it from spreadsheets.
Our Compliance Approach
Checks that apply before and after onboarding
Compliance work is part of the service, not a step added at the end. The controls below apply to applications as well as to live accounts.
Customer due diligence
Applicant businesses and their authorised representatives are subject to identity verification in line with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements.
Ongoing monitoring
Account and transaction activity may be reviewed on a risk basis. Additional information may be requested where a review is required, and access may be limited while that review is open.
Partner-led issuance
Cards are issued through a licensed issuing bank partner. Program features are subject to that partner's approval and to the terms of the card program.
Data handling
Personal and company data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, with access restricted to the purposes set out there.
Teams & Responsibilities
The functions behind your account
We describe our teams by function and responsibility. Requests reach the function that owns them, so context does not have to be repeated.
Compliance & Risk
Owns onboarding due diligence, sanctions and AML screening standards, and the internal escalation path for unusual activity.
Customer Operations
Handles application questions, card servicing requests and disputes, and responds to enquiries typically within 2 business days.
Program Management
Coordinates with the issuing bank partner on program scope, eligibility criteria and the disclosures published on this site.
Finance & Reporting
Maintains fee schedules, reconciliation processes and the reporting exports that client finance teams rely on at close.
